History

The Department of Computer Science Shift II was established in 2018. Computer science is a fast-moving field that includes the disciplines of Mathematics and Programming. We train students to keep pace with the changes in the developments in all the fields of Computer Technology. Students develop practical skills such as programming oriented (Java, C, C++), visual basic packages, graphics and hardware oriented (digital logic and microprocessor). The Department equips students to attain special knowledge of computer science theories, methods, practices and strategy and specific understanding of computing architecture and design.

Vision

To disseminate both theoretical and practical knowledge in the discipline of computing and stir the learners to make use of the acquired knowledge for the benefit of the society at large.

Mission

To be a centre of excellence in the discipline of computing.
